Duties and taxes are included in the price you pay at checkout and handled by ZedLabz. Your order is delivered in the normal way – there is no customs bill, no Swiss Post handling fee and nothing to pay at the door.

Will Swiss Post or the courier charge me a customs handling fee?
No. There is nothing for them to collect, so no fee is charged. VAT and duty are included in your checkout price and handled by ZedLabz.
Is the price on the site the final price?
Yes. Prices on our Swiss storefront include Swiss VAT. The total at checkout is the total you pay.
What if a carrier does ask me to pay something?
It shouldn’t happen, but carriers occasionally make mistakes. Don’t pay – contact us with your order number and a photo of the request, and we’ll work to resolve it.
Sending to somewhere else? If you are ordering for delivery to a friend or family member abroad, or you are travelling, charges depend on the delivery address, not where you are ordering from. Every destination we ship to is covered in the section below.
