It is compatible with both 32-pin and 40-pin versions of the GBA console.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eShell compatibility:\u003c\/strong\u003e this screen needs a \u003ca href=\"https:\/\/zedlabz.com\/products\/laminated-ips-ready-shell-for-nintendo-game-boy-advance-modified-no-cut-housing-agb-gba-hispeedido\"\u003elaminated IPS ready shell from Hispeedido\u003c\/a\u003e for a drop-in fit. It is not compatible with the FunnyPlaying laminated shell. We do not recommend trimming your own shell – it is much more difficult than it looks, as part of the shell has to be filed \/ sanded down, not just cut, and incorrect trimming may crack or damage the display.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThe kit includes the LCD panel with laminated screen lens and the ribbon cable to connect it to the mainboard. Three pieces of hook-up wire are also included for optional soldering, which adds the on-screen display (OSD) menu.
