If you want the true NTSC clock speed to go with a basic region switch, or even just to transform a vanilla PAL console into an NTSC one, this is the exact thing you need. Desolder 4 posts and switch it out with the PAL crystal. You will then receive true NTSC 59.92hz instead of the janky PAL 59.37hz which sometimes throws scalers off in certain situations(subcarrier dependant ones), and is just plain slower. I installed into my Asian Megadrive which is PAL-I and it works wonderfully. Super easy install and great service from Zedlabs as always!
