Will I have to pay GST or duty when my order arrives?
No. GST and import duty are included in your checkout price and handled by ZedLabz. There is nothing to pay on delivery.

Is the price on the site the final price?
Yes. Prices on our Australia & New Zealand storefront include GST. The total at checkout is the total you pay.

Who delivers my order?
Your order is delivered by Australia Post or NZ Post in the normal way. It does not normally need to be signed for and will not be held pending payment.

What if a carrier does ask me to pay something?
It shouldn’t happen, but carriers occasionally make mistakes. Don’t pay – contact us with your order number and a photo of the request, and we’ll work to resolve it.

Sending to somewhere else? If you are ordering for delivery to a friend or family member abroad, or you are travelling, charges depend on the delivery address, not where you are ordering from. Every destination we ship to is covered in the section below.

A) Your tracking link is included in your dispatch confirmation email. Simply click the link to view the latest delivery updates. You may also see a "More tracking" or carrier handover link on the tracking page, which provides additional local delivery information. Q) My item has arrived but there is a problem. What should I do?
