Common questions

Will I have to pay duty, GST or a brokerage fee when my order arrives?
No. Import duty and GST/HST are included in your checkout price and handled by ZedLabz. There is no customs bill and no brokerage fee.

Is the price on the site the final price?
Yes. Our Canadian storefront shows prices in Canadian dollars with duty and taxes included. The total at checkout is the total you pay.

Who delivers my order?
Most orders are delivered by UniUni. In more remote areas that UniUni does not cover, delivery is by Canada Post. Either way, your parcel does not normally need to be signed for and will not be held pending payment.

What if a carrier does ask me to pay something?
It shouldn’t happen, but carriers occasionally make mistakes. Don’t pay – contact us with your order number and a photo of the request, and we’ll work to resolve it.

Sending to somewhere else? If you are ordering for delivery to a friend or family member abroad, or you are travelling, charges depend on the delivery address, not where you are ordering from. Every destination we ship to is covered in the section below.

Proposition 65 was first approved in 1986, it is an initiative requiring businesses to notify Californians about the significant amounts of chemicals that are known to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm. Prop 65 also requires the state of California to publish a list of these chemicals.

To comply with California's Prop 65, we have placed a warning label on all applicable products. The warning means the product may contain one or more of the listed chemicals. We do not believe our products are harmful, and the warning does not mean that our products will necessarily cause cancer, birth defects or reproductive harm. We are providing this warning to comply with California law.

Our products are sold nationwide and we cannot determine which products will be sold or brought in California. To ensure compliance with Prop 65 requirements, we have decided to include these warnings on all of our products, regardless of the product origin.
