Description:This custom resin button set is designed for the Nintendo Game Boy Original (DMG-01), giving it a unique appearance while retaining the original shape and feel.
Each piece is individually hand-cast from resin using handmade moulds developed by Lab Fifteen Co. Every set includes one A button, one B button and one D-pad.
The opal effect is created by casting a clear resin layer, then a second pour containing iridescent foil. The finish shimmers and changes slightly as the light moves across it. Opal buttons are semi-transparent, so they are a good choice if you plan to fit LED lighting behind the buttons.
As each button is handmade, every set is unique. Minor variations in colour, pattern and finish are a natural part of the process and add to the character of each set.
