Description:

Repair a loose, crackling or dead headphone port on your PS5 controller and get your headset audio working again.

This part fits official PS5 DualSense controllers with BDM-010, BDM-020 and BDM-030 motherboards, please check compatibility before ordering. You can find your board version on the label underneath the back shell of the controller. This part will not fit the DualSense Edge, which uses a different headphone port.

Technical installation and soldering is required to fit this part. The headphone port is surface mounted directly onto the controller motherboard. Fitting requires full disassembly of the controller, desoldering of the old port and soldering of the new part.

Take care when removing the old port. Heat all of the joints fully and lift the port away gently; do not pull or lever it off. Forcing the old port can rip the solder pads off the motherboard, which cannot easily be repaired.
