Guarantee terms:

This service aims for delivery on the next business day (Mon–Fri) to eligible postcodes; however, no delivery service is 100% guaranteed, every effort is made to deliver by the next working day.

A delivery attempt, or making the parcel available for collection after attempted delivery, counts as meeting the guarantee. Saturday delivery is not guaranteed, the service guarantees the next business day only.

The guarantee does not apply where the delivery address is inaccessible or incorrect/incomplete (for example, gated or concierge access without entry, wrong house number or postcode), or where a required signature cannot be obtained.

Remote area exceptions apply: some postcodes receive a 2 or 3 business day guarantee (see list above). In severe weather, road closures, or other circumstances beyond the carrier’s control, the guarantee may be suspended. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Next Day Delivery - Next working day delivery to UK mainland when you order before 3PM Mon-Fri.

Certain remote parts of the UK and Northern Ireland operate as a 2 Day service.

In certain cases we may change your shipping option to an equivalent delivery service to facilitate your delivery.

No delivery service is 100% guaranteed, every effort is made to get ordered delivered by the next day, Monday to Saturday, subject to ordering before 3PM GMT on a working day.

DPD Saturday is available for an additional charge to UK mainland only, order on Friday before 3PM for delivery on Saturday.

Delivery options for orders with batteries are more limited and more expensive due to handling requirements, all orders with a standalone battery have to be shipped with a limited number of carriers. Shipping offers such as free shipping will not apply for any order with a stand alone lithium battery.

Tracked* Airmail Delivery & FREE Returns. This option is also usually delivered by your national postal company with your regular post.

Estimated delivery period of 5-10 working days to Europe & 7-12 working days to the rest of the world. Some destinations can take longer than the estimate, customs to certain destinations can cause delays.

RESTRICTED PRODUCTS!

We are currently unable to ship batteries to all destinations, due to aviation rules governing the air transport of batteries products.

Batteries can be delivered to many European countries via a chargable road courier service. Orders containing a battery will have a battery surcharge applied to shipping rates, normal shipping charges and shipping offers are still valid will apply to other non battery products ordered at the same time.

We can currently ship batteries to the following countries by road:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Ireland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom.

If there is currently no shipping options to your delivery address you, will be unable to checkout if the shopping cart contains a battery in the order.

A warning will display in the shopping cart advising you of this, and removing the battery products will allow you to complete your purchase for any other non battery products.
