Restore your DS Lite and make it look like new again with this replacement housing kit.

Compatible with Nintendo DS Lite only, not compatible with any other model.

Fitting this kit requires a medium level of technical ability, we would not recommend this product for beginners.

The kit includes all of the plastic parts including:

- Top & bottom outer plastic shell including slot 2 cover & stylus
- Colour coded top screen lens & bottom border surround.
- L R shoulder, A, B, X, Y, D-pad, start & select buttons
- Plastic hinge cover with led diffuser
- Volume & power slider buttons

Other components of the kit:

- Screw set for DS Lite including shoulder button pins & springs
- Rubber feet & screw covers

Good looks, terrible mold

I have been repairing DS lites as a hobby and was really excited to reshell my personal one with this shell. However, this shell has a terrible problem. It is molded in a custom way which while helpful in some places it is also dangerous for the motherboard. This different design if the shell doesn't allow wiggle room as many of the spaces for components of the motherboard have been slightly shrunken down. While this is fine for most components, it is absolutely destructive for the EM10 power supply filter. The space for it is so much smaller that I have already broken two of them and marking are on the shell showing exactly where they collide. Unless you can handle repairs perfectly, I wouldn't recommend buying these shells as otherwise you most likely will loose the ability to charge your DS.
