Description:

Replace the shoulder & trigger button flex cable on a Switch Pro controller to this tactile button ribbon replacement. This mod is often referred to as a clicky trigger mod due to tactile buttons having a click when pressed.

The travel of the L R ZL ZR buttons is required by over 50%, which is particularly useful for shooting games where speed is required.

Included in this kit is a ribbon flex and plugs for the bottoms of the buttons. The plugs fit into the hole under the buttons to shorten the distance between the trigger and tactile switch and provide a flat bottom for good contact with the switches.

The controller must be disassembled to install this part, a reasonable degree of skill / experience with electronics is required to handle the small parts.

No soldering or cutting is needed, the ribbon cable attaches with the supplied adhesive and plugs in, the trigger plugs push into the buttons,

Care should be taken when separating the two halves of the controller as a ribbon cable joints the main board to a daughter board, this ribbon is commonly damaged due to accidental damage during opening, replacements are available in store.

Tools including screwdrivers and tweezers are included with this kit. A spare set of screws are also included just in case a screw becomes lost.
