30 day no quibble return.
We do our best to provide the best possible products, we are so confident that we offer a 30 day no quibble return policy for all items unless otherwise stated. A two year warranty* is also provided for all ZedLabz and Assecure branded accessories.
All of our used video games from retro to chart titles are quality checked to ensure the discs are in great condition. We have professional industrial cleaning equipment to help us deliver on our promise that all used games will be as scratch and mark free as possible, so that the only difference between a new and used game is the price.
Orders placed and paid for before 4.00PM are usually dispatched same working day Monday to Friday, Excludes bank holidays.
UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 48 class unless otherwise stated or selected by the customer.
EU orders are sent via Royal Mail Airmail unless otherwise stated or selected by the customer.
Same day dispatch applies to both the UK & EU. We dispatch orders Monday to Friday, Excluding any bank holidays.
UK customers can usually expect to receive orders in 3 postal days but this is not guaranteed, average delivery times for RM48 are 2-3 working days but it can on occassions take longer.
International delivery times vary from 1 week to 8 weeks depending on the destination, EU deliveries are generally shorter, delivery times are often longer when customs clearance is required for countries outside of the EU.
Two Month warranty on all preowned games
Preowned video games come with a 2 month return to base warranty against faults or disc reading problems. A return to base warranty requires the customer to return the item at their own cost. We will repair or replace preowned games where possible, where not possible we will offer an alternative game or refund. We send all warranty repairs and replacements back to customers at our cost once we have received the defective game. Our warranty covers disc reading faults only and does not cover accidental damage.
Two year warranty on all ZedLabz and Assecure branded products
Our new accessories come with a two year return to base exchange warranty. A return to base warranty requires the customer to return the item at their own cost unless otherwise agreed. We aim to process all exchanges within 24 hours once received. We send all warranty replacements to customers at our cost once we have received the defective unit.
Our warranty does not cover the product where fault is due to misuse, abuse, use in contravention of the instructions, where the product has been subject of unauthorised modifications, alterations, has been the subject of commercial use or has been subject to accidential damage. Repair and modification products are fitted at the customers own risk, we accept no liability for damage or consequential loss from the fitting of parts or modification parts supplied by ourselves, our liability is limited to the supplied parts only.
Non Receipt Policy
In the event that an order is not received we will offer at our descretion a replacement only providing that address details are correct and reasonal delivery period has been allowed for the orders destination. We do not provide refunds for non receipt of an order, we only offer replacements at or descretion.
We actively investigate all non receipt claims to protect ourselves against fraudulent customers, we share certain information with third parties such as our carriers to prevent fraudulent claims.
We take responsibility for non receipt of orders and we protect all genuine customers in this situation, where an order has been outstanding for 7 working days in the UK we will be able to take further action to resolve, we cannot take any action other than confirming order details before 10 working days have past. Delivery times to international destinations vary, customers should contact ZedLabz for assistance with the delivery of an international order.
