Description:
Utilise an SD memory card and run custom homebrew software on your GameCube (GC) or using this SD to serial port adapter 2.0.
This updated 2.0 version designed by Extrems adds an OR gate to the original Citrus3000psi to enhance the read performance, resulting in improvements such as smoother streaming of video cut scenes on some games, and reduced cpu usage (when using the SD2SP2 to load your games).
We produce these adapters in small batches using high quality components per the original bill of materials, this includes a genuine Molex micro sd slot, Samsung capacitor and Texas Instruments OR gate.
The adapter bypasses the limitations of GameCube memory card adapters and allows the use of memory cards larger than 2GB. The maximum capacity of memory card that can be used is dictated by the software being used, currently this is up to 512GB for Swiss, but note that only some memory cards are compatible with Swiss and you should check online to ensure your memory card will work.
The hardware is a simple plug and play device, fitting underneath the console behind the cover labeled serial port 2, further software setup is required to make use of the hardware.
Please Note that this adapter does not allow the use of an SD card as a standard GameCube memory card for game saves, its primary function is to facilitate the loading of homebrew software, some of which may allow game saving to the memory card when running the custom software.

Running homebrew software requires technical setup, we cannot provide assistance with the installation or use of this product, please refer to guides and videos found online.
