Description:

The Pluto-IIx HDMi PCB is a DIY mod to install a HDMI port and the GC Video software into your Gamecube console.

Before you consider installing this mod, you will need to be ready to remove the original digital port from the console, as this mod will replace this port and utilise its soldering points on the motherboard, removal of this port is not for beginners, it will take some skilled soldering or ideally a desoldering gun.

This is a PCB only, with no wires, accessories or instructions, and will require a DIY install of either hookup wire and the soldering of approximately 20 wires into the console manually, or the Helder game tech quick solder flex (QSB) which reduces wiring to approximately 2 wires and the QSB install. If you opt to install with the Helder game tech QSB you will need hookup wire to install the 5V power wire and the controller signal (hookup wire not included). A 3D printed bracket would also be needed to mount the PCB securely into the console, you can print a bracket with your own 3D printer or purchase a bracket from ZedLabz, we offer a range of colours which will help to make the digital port modding look more attractive.
