Syncs immediately and just works, i bought this controller a few months ago and I haven't had a single fault. Battery lasts forever too. Highly recommended 😚

It feels better than an OG GC controller. Definitely worth the purchase if you’re playing with Dolphin on PC or dusting off your old console. It’s surreal playing wirelessly on original hardware in particular and a lot of fun.

I. Love. This.
It's not perfect, but I honestly couldn't bring myself to give it anything less than 5 stars.
Those flaws:
1) The sticks seemingly drifting, which is fixed by disconnecting and reconnecting the controller or sometimes fixed by just rotating the sticks (only noticed this issue on PC)
2) GameCube C-stick, I've adjusted to it well.
3) Funky triggers, I only notice this so far in Dale & Dawson Stationery Supplies (not a controller supported game but works anyway), but triggers will double press. There's a mode to change the triggers, but that also clicks in the sticks when fully pressed.
4) There's a button to turn off the controller immediately at the back of the controller. I hit this unintentionally sometimes. I've gotten better at avoiding it, though.
I got this with the intention of using this between PC and Switch without having to adjust for a different layout, and this controller nails it because the GameCube layout is its own thing. It's a beauty to hold.
