Precise but slow

The stick hold Good! Is very precise but also slow. It is fantastic for games like Mario Kart 64, Mario 64 and Jetforce Gemini. But for Games like Super Smash Bros. It is to clumsy and slow. But you get used to it.

Great Replacement

I purchased this stick to replace the worn out thumb stick in my N64 controller. I felt the performance was pretty good. I didn't notice any lag on my CRT Television with my Nintendo 64 console. Installing the stick was pretty easy. Nice to have a drop in replacement for the original stick. It doesn't feel like the original. It feels more like a modern thumbstick. Honestly though I don't know how you'd achieve the original feel without having the same faults with the original stick. I would recommend it if you are in the market for a replacement.

Don't waste your money on this junk unless you like input delay and trust me, its not just a blink and you will miss it.
