Description:

Replacement speaker for Game Boy Advance SP (AGS), compatible with all models e.g. AGS-001, AGS-101

The shape of the original speaker was replicated as close as possible to the original, it features stronger magnetic force and a thinner diaphragm to provide greater sound.

The speaker features 2 finger spring contacts which removes the need to solder the speaker to the LCD ribbon or mainboard, simply drop the speaker into position and assemble the console, once assembled the finger contacts on the speaker will make pressured contact with the mainboad to allow the speaker to function.

Diameter 2.3cm approximate.

Requires internal fitting - Console must be opened to install.

Double the volume

This is an easy replacement for the OEM part and it doubled the loudness of my system so I can now hear it on walks outside and in noisy areas. That being said, the sound quality is not more 'refined' or acoustic, because it's only louder amplification. I am glad I could add this to my system!

I'm not surprised that this speaker mod is highly favored. Definitely recommend it.
