NOTE: These are a less common SMALL HOLE replacement stick, the hole on the underside is a smaller rectangle slit shape, this is not the common type, they are found in some third party controllers and older models of controller.

These
thumbstick replacements will fit Microsoft Xbox One controllers that have metal posts in a thin rectangle shape, more commonly the internal soldered stick box has a plastic square post, these are for controllers that have the thin metal tabs.
You may find such stick boxes in 3rd party controllers and some older retro controllers.
Small hole style, only compatible with thin / small metal tab like posts. The size and grip style is made to be similar to the original Xbox one rubber sticks, however these are 3rd party so some differences will exist.
Replacing the thumb sticks requires you to open the controller with may void your controllers warranty, technical level medium.
You will typically need a Torx T8 & T6 security screwdriver to install into Xbox controlers (not included), for some third party controllers you may find they use philips screws, so a PH0 and or PH00 size cross head philips might be required.
