So i bought 2 sets,there is not rubber pad for start button,but after seing the product page again,it is in the items so thats on me. Not a big problem but would nice to be able to change everything.Also i got an extra triple rubber pad which is not stated in the page in both sets i bought,which i guess it was some kind of mistake as there nothing like this in the gamecube.The real problem is the pads that where included,the graphite contact pads are smaller that original,especially in the d pad which are already smaller.Although they work,the one in the d pad doesnt,unless you press it hard,eithe the pads are too small or they dont travel low enought,i ended up using the only one.

A bit stiff feeling, but get the trick done for the most part. The contacts for the d-pad however are not good. They fail to make contact with the board unless you are pressing very hard, the contacts in the rubber for that part specifically probably need to be made shallower than they are currently.
