Straight to the point, I'm very pleased with the product and it works like a charm

The product is surprisingly easy to install, there's a cable you need to connect to the pcb in the battery, a heatsink you need stick to the marked area and that's it. You insert it in your GBA as if it were a pair of sticked together batteries and you have yourself a usb-c chargeable game boy advance.
Expect a tight fit though. I used it on a retrosix shell.

Purchased an Atari Lynx II off eBay. Lately, it had become practically unplayable—the screen was so dim I had to be in a pitch-black room. It has also an issue with the external speaker. I knew it was likely the original capacitors failing for the screen but also hoped for the speaker, so I took a chance on this kit.

I am absolutely thrilled with the results related to the screen! This is a fantastic, high-quality product. Unluckily the sound issue is not related to it.

A quick word of caution: The product description is not kidding when it says this requires soldering skills. You must be comfortable with desoldering old components and soldering in new ones, paying very close attention to polarity and the surrounding components. If you're a novice, please practice on something else first or seek help from someone experienced. I risked also to change the cap surrounded by the metal shield without removing the shield. Takes patience but it can be done.

If you have the skills, this kit is a dream. An essential purchase for any Atari Lynx enthusiast looking to perform a crucial restoration. Highly recommended

The Funnyplaying USB-C mod for GBA SP isn't the most straightforward mod to complete since the removal of the proprietary charging port is harder than othere GB consoles. I would recommend using a heat gun instead of a soldering iron for that step, but make sure to protect everything in the area around it with Kapton tape.

Once that's out of the way, the rest of the installation is quite straightforward.

The included extra part goes perfectly with a Funnyplaying shell to give a truly fantastic and professional finish to the build.

Great PSU. Easy to install. Fixed all the sound issues on my ODE. Works perfectly with several usb chargers. Only minor issue is it could offer more detailed instalation instructions.

Came in pretty quick and was able to get my switch working again. The screws with the original stripped and these extra were good

I followed a video by Joe Bleeps on YouTube. He seems to pick up on some if the trickier parts of the build such as positioning the ribbon when installing the screen.

Other than that it was really easy to put together
