Delivering to Norway

Ordering for delivery in Norway? VAT (MVA) is included in the price you pay at checkout. Import duty rarely applies to our products, so in almost all cases there is nothing further to pay on delivery.

Delivering to Duties, taxes & fees
Norway ✔ VAT (MVA) included – delivered under the VOEC scheme
✘ Import duty usually 0% – may apply in rare cases
✘ Handling fee only if duty is charged
You pay on delivery: Usually nothing

VAT (MVA) is collected at checkout and your order is delivered VAT paid under Norway’s VOEC scheme. No further VAT will be charged by customs, the carrier or Posten.

Import duty is not collected at checkout. The gaming parts and accessories ZedLabz sells almost always fall under a 0% duty rate in Norway, so in the great majority of cases there is nothing further to pay. In the rare event that duty does apply to an item, it will be collected by the carrier before delivery, and the carrier may add a handling fee for doing so.

Common questions

Will I have to pay MVA or a Posten fee when my order arrives?
No MVA – it is included in your checkout price and reported under VOEC, so there is no VAT collection and no Posten VAT handling fee.

Could I be charged import duty?
Rarely. Almost everything we sell is duty-free in Norway. If an item does attract duty, the carrier will collect it before delivery and may add a handling fee.

Is the price on the site the final price?
In almost all cases, yes. Prices on our Norwegian storefront include MVA. Only the rare duty case described above could add anything.

What if the carrier asks me to pay VAT (MVA)?
It shouldn’t happen, because MVA is included in your checkout price and reported under VOEC – but carriers occasionally make mistakes. Don’t pay – contact us with your order number and a photo of the request, and we’ll work to resolve it. This applies to VAT only: in the rare case that import duty is charged on an item, that is payable by you, as explained above.

Sending to somewhere else? If you are ordering for delivery to a friend or family member abroad, or you are travelling, charges depend on the delivery address, not where you are ordering from. Every destination we ship to is covered in the section below.

Proposition 65 was first approved in 1986, it is an initiative requiring businesses to notify Californians about the significant amounts of chemicals that are known to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm. Prop 65 also requires the state of California to publish a list of these chemicals.

To comply with California's Prop 65, we have placed a warning label on all applicable products. The warning means the product may contain one or more of the listed chemicals. We do not believe our products are harmful, and the warning does not mean that our products will necessarily cause cancer, birth defects or reproductive harm. We are providing this warning to comply with California law.

Our products are sold nationwide and we cannot determine which products will be sold or brought in California. To ensure compliance with Prop 65 requirements, we have decided to include these warnings on all of our products, regardless of the product origin.
