Ammending or cancelling an order

For any general enquiries, including presales help and after sales support, please fill out the form to the right or email: support support@zedlabz.com.

If you need help with an order you have recently placed such as ammending or cancelling please contact us as soon as possible using one of our contact forms or direct email support@zedlabz.com

If your enquiry relates to an existing order please quote your order reference or delivery address.

You should receive an automatic response confirming receipt of your message when using one of our contact forms or support email address.

We will normally reply within 24 business hours (Mon-Fri), we will often reply sooner if we can, further replies to queries may also take up to 24 business hours, but we do our best to provide a prompt line of continued communication for each support request.

If you do not hear from us please check your spam folder. If you do not receive a response please try contacting us via another email or another method, as it is possible you are not receiving our replies.

We prioritise requests relating to ammending or cancelling an order so please contact us as soon as possible if you need help with an order that was recently placed, a member of our team will advise you what we can do to help.
