Description:A stencil template for the PS4 Pro CXD90044G APU allows the precise reballing of the chip for rework jobs, ideal for fixing BLOD faults or other problems that require the reworking or replacing of the CPU / GPU (aka APU).
This stencil is 90mm x 90mm and works with 0.50mm solder balls.
