Description:Replace a damaged battery connector on the Nintendo Switch 2 mainboard with this 5 pin socket.
The battery plugs into this socket on the console mainboard. Lifting the battery plug at an angle can damage the socket or bend its pins, which can stop the console powering on or charging.
The old socket must be desoldered and the replacement soldered to the mainboard, which requires good soldering experience. Please consult an experienced technician if unsure.
Always disconnect the battery before working on the console. Requires console disassembly to install, tools not included.
