Description:Chip Quik EGS10W is an electronics-grade silicone adhesive sealant in a 20g squeeze tube. Unlike bathroom silicone it is non-corrosive, so it will not attack copper traces or component legs.
Use it to hold down loose wires and mod boards, fix speakers and batteries in place, add strain relief to cables or seal small gaps. It skins over in around ten minutes, cures in 24 hours and reaches full strength after about a week.
Once cured it stays flexible and handles temperatures from -57°C to +204°C. It can be peeled away later if you need to rework the area.
