Description:

This custom resin button set is designed for the Nintendo NES controller (NES-004), giving it a unique appearance while retaining the original shape and feel. The D-pad carries the NES-style arrows and the A and B buttons are concave, just like the originals.

The same set also fits the original Nintendo Game Boy DMG-01, if you fancy giving your handheld an NES-style look.

Each piece is individually hand-cast from resin using handmade moulds developed by Lab Fifteen Co. Every set includes one A button, one B button and one D-pad.

A clear resin layer is cast first, then mica powder and pigments are added and back-filled with coloured resin. Because the effect sits beneath the surface it will not rub off with use. These buttons are opaque, so they are not recommended for LED button mods.

As each button is handmade, every set is unique. Minor variations in colour, pattern and finish are a natural part of the process and add to the character of each set.
