Description:This Retro Modding colour-changing replacement housing is designed for the original Nintendo Game Boy DMG-01, providing a unique way to customise or refurbish your handheld.
The thermochromic material reacts to changes in temperature, transitioning between purple and pink at approximately 22°C / 71.6°F. Changes in room temperature, handling and the warmth from your hands can therefore alter the appearance of the shell during use.
The housing is machine cast from ABS with a lightly textured finish designed to reproduce the feel of the original Game Boy shell and provide an accurate fit with the original DMG-01 hardware.
Please note: This housing shell comes WITHOUT the printed Game Boy logo.
