Description:A stencil template for the Xbox 360 Slim XCGPU X818337 allows the precise reballing of the chip for rework jobs, ideal for fixing RROD faults or other problems that require the reworking or replacing of the CPU / GPU (aka APU).
This stencil is 90mm x 90mm and works with 0.6mm solder balls.
