Amending or cancelling an order
If you need to make a change to your order or request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. We will always do our best to assist before your order has been processed.
Please note that once an order has entered processing, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
Option 1 (Preferred): Reply to email
Simply reply directly to your order confirmation or dispatch email.
This allows us to locate your order straight away and reduces the need for follow-up questions.
Please clearly state the change you would like to make or confirm that you wish to cancel the order. If relevant, you may also attach screenshots or photos to help explain your request.
Option 2: New email
If you cannot reply to your order email, please contact us at:

Providing complete information helps us review your request more efficiently.
What Happens Next?
You will receive an automatic confirmation email shortly after contacting us.
Time-sensitive amendment and cancellation requests are prioritised wherever possible.
We normally respond within 24 business hours (Tuesday to Friday). Many enquiries are answered sooner, however response times may be slightly longer during busy periods.
