Absolute Tactics: Daughters of Mercy is a turn-based tactics RPG with considerably more content than its modest presentation suggests.

There are dozens of narrative story maps plus optional maps, additional post-game content and a horde mode, across three difficulty levels with a further hardcore mode unlocked on completion.

The tactical design refuses to sit still. Large-scale War levels field dozens of units on the battlefield simultaneously, environments use genuine verticality, and puzzle elements and traps are woven into the maps rather than bolted on.

Character building is where it gets serious. 21 individual classes plus the ability to dual class produces an almost endless number of viable combinations - accessible enough for a casual player, deep enough for someone who wants to master it.
