In Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: Rita's Rewind, the team faces a robotic reincarnation of their long-time nemesis. Robo-Rita has opened a portal into the past so she can finally destroy the Rangers by allying with her younger self.

Working together, Robo-Rita and Rita Repulsa rewind, rewrite and remix the past in an attempt to stop the Power Rangers ever forming - which is a rather more interesting premise than most licensed games manage.

The presentation is the reason to buy it. Hand-drawn pixel art captures the classic 1990s look and feel, and fan-favourite enemies have been pulled from across different seasons of the show.

Gameplay is action-packed 2D brawling, broken up with arcade-style shooting and driving sequences, and you get to pilot all of the original Dinozords. Events and episodes people remember from the series have been remixed into the campaign.

Up to five players can team up in local or online co-op. One for anyone who grew up with the show or with the SNES original.
