Description:

When soldering Blu Tack can act as another pair of hands, holding items in place ready to be holdered.

As blue tack is semi-resistant to heat it can be used to hold items which are getting hot, saving your fingers.

It is particularly useful for aligning two parts that will be soldered together, such as soldering wire or header pins to a switch, you can get the alignment perfect before attempting to solder.

Soldering SMD parts can at times be tricky, with the parts moving when soldering, you can use blu tack to hold half the component in place so you can tack some solder onto one side or a couple of pins in the case of an IC.

Beyond soldering you can also support things such as parts being plugged into a breadboard, or simply put some diagrams or pictures up on the wall.

Supplied in a 60 gram pack and reusable, great to keep in the tool box.
