Excellent Product and Customer Service

This product is an excellent replacement for the ribbon cable Nintendo puts in the controller. It includes adhesive on the cable in the same places as the original. One of the only differences that matters is that the connection itself where the cable attaches to the board does not have much of a rigid portion to make it easier to plug in. But this should only matter once when you attach it. To avoid damaging the connection (which is why I had to order this in the first place), I suggest gently gripping the cable on the sides half an inch or so above the connection the the PCB when pushing the connector into place.

The first cable I received was damaged either in shipping or possibly by me during installation. Zedlabz customer service immediately offered to replace the product when I emailed their support staff, and shipped it in a timely manner despite delays due to the pandemic. I 100% recommend this product and storefront.

Description:

Replace the shoulder & trigger button flex cable on a Switch Pro controller to restore the L R ZL and ZR button functionality.

The controller must be disassembled to install this part, a reasonable degree of skill / experience with electronics is required to handle the small parts.

A JIS #00 screwdriver is required to open the controller, a prying tool is also recommended (Tools not included). A Philips #00 may also work with care being taken as the screws are actually JIS which is a slightly different screw head shape.
