Will my order be dispatched today?
All orders placed before 3PM GMT will be dispatched same working day.
Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays will be dispatched on the following working day.
When will my order arrive?
When you check out, you will be presented with a range of delivery options to choose from such as free delivery, next day and tracked delivery.
Sometimes, depending on your address and what you are buying, there will only be one choice available.

What if i am not home to receive the delivery?
The vast majority of orders are delivered with your regular post. We pack all orders as small as possible so that if you are not home, and your order is small enough, it will be posted into your letterbox.
If you are not home when the postal service attempts delivery, and your package is too big to post, it will usually be taken to your local delivery office and a card will be left. You can collect your package from the local office or make arrangements with them to redeliver.
My package arrived damaged / there is something missing.
If an item has arrived damaged, or if there is something missing we are here to help, we will work to find the most appropriate solution to your issue such as a return or replacement.
No issue is ever too small, so if you need help with anything please contact us.
