How it works: Choose Evri ParcelShop delivery at checkout and select a convenient pickup location near you.

Your order will be delivered to your selected ParcelShop or locker, where you can collect it once notified by Evri.

Coverage: United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland): 3–5 business days.

Carrier: Evri pickup service.

Tracking: Tracking details are emailed when your order is dispatched. Evri will notify you when your parcel has arrived at your selected ParcelShop or locker.

Collection: Parcels are normally held at the collection point for up to 10 days. Please bring your collection code or valid ID when collecting your parcel.

Important information: ParcelShop delivery is ideal if you are not available to receive parcels at home. Opening hours depend on the selected collection location. In some circumstances we may use an equivalent courier service to facilitate delivery.

Carrier: DPD courier service.

Tracking: Tracking details are emailed when your order is dispatched. DPD usually provides SMS updates with a 1-hour delivery window, along with in-flight options to amend your delivery preferences.

Important information: Certain remote parts of the UK, Northern Ireland and offshore locations operate on a 2–5 business day service. In some circumstances we may use an equivalent courier service to facilitate delivery. No courier service is 100% guaranteed. Every effort is made to deliver orders on the next working day where possible (Tuesday–Saturday), subject to orders being placed before 3 PM GMT Tuesday–Friday.

Saturday Delivery: DPD Saturday delivery is available for mainland UK only at an additional charge. Place your order before 3 PM on Friday for Saturday delivery.

Delivery options for orders with batteries are more limited and more expensive due to handling requirements, all orders with a standalone battery have to be shipped with a limited number of carriers. Shipping offers such as free shipping will not apply for any order with a stand alone lithium battery.

This option is also usually delivered by your national postal company with your regular post.

Estimated delivery period of 5-10 working days to Europe & 7-12 working days to the rest of the world. Some destinations can take longer than the estimate, customs to certain destinations can cause delays.

In certain cases we may change your shipping option to an equivalent delivery service to facilitate your delivery. This option is unavailable for some larger volume products such as empty game cases in higher quantities.

RESTRICTED PRODUCTS!

We are currently unable to ship batteries to all destinations, due to aviation rules governing the air transport of batteries products.

Batteries can be delivered to many European countries via a chargable road courier service. Orders containing a battery will have a battery surcharge applied to shipping rates, normal shipping charges and shipping offers are still valid will apply to other non battery products ordered at the same time.

We can currently ship batteries to the following countries by road:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Ireland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom.

If there is currently no shipping options to your delivery address you, will be unable to checkout if the shopping cart contains a battery in the order.

A warning will display in the shopping cart advising you of this, and removing the battery products will allow you to complete your purchase for any other non battery products.
