This option is for customers that are getting assistance from our customer services team and need to make a custom payment for their order.
The option is used for amending shipping charges for upgrades that have been requested, or to take a payment for a custom order not listed online.
The rate is set as £0.01, allowing any amount of payment to be made as required, simply buy more of this custom option to achieve the pre arranged fee.
