Description:

This custom resin button set is designed for use with the Sega Game Gear, providing a unique appearance while retaining the original D-pad design and feel.

Each button is individually hand-cast from resin using handmade moulds created from original Game Gear buttons. Every set includes two Action buttons, one Start button, one D-pad and one Power slider button.

To create the distinctive finish, a clear resin layer is first cast before coloured resin and mica pigments are added beneath the surface. This process encapsulates the effect within the button, helping to protect the finish during normal use.

As each button is handmade, every set is unique. Minor variations in colour, pattern and finish are a natural part of the manufacturing process and add to the character of each set.

Please note: Due to its small size and limited visibility once installed, the Power slider button is produced in a matching solid colour rather than using the layered mica or special effect finish found on the main buttons. For example, a Blueberry Candy set will include a royal blue Power slider, a Strawberry Candy set will include a solid red Power slider, and an Opal set will include a clear Power slider.

Installation requires internal fitting. Opening tools are not included.
