Description:

This Triad Magnetics WSX090-2500-13 is a high-quality regulated 9V 2.5A power supply with a 5.5 x 2.5mm plug, the right fit for the PAL Super Nintendo and PAL NES front-loader consoles sold in the UK and Europe.

Both consoles rectify their input internally, so the centre-positive plug works perfectly, and the 9V regulated output is well within their range. It is also recommended for the Sharp Twin Famicom.

Compared with cheap generic adaptors, Triad supplies are well regulated with low ripple, avoiding the picture interference and audio hum that poor supplies can cause.

It has a universal 100-240V input with interchangeable UK, EU, US and AU/NZ wall plugs. Not suitable for NTSC SNES (different plug) or Mega Drive consoles.

This is an unofficial product which is not manufactured by, endorsed, sponsored or licensed by Nintendo.
