This cleaner fits into the Sega card slot to clean the contacts, simply insert and remove it several times to remove the dirt from the contacts inside the console.
The console cleaner card should be used dry and without any liquids, it has a safe to use micro abrasive material on the end which cleans the slot.
Note this does not to clean the game cartridges or the main game cartridge slot, it instead cleans a small slot on the font of the console.
