Replacement joystick for Nintendo 64 controllers N64 compatible analog stick repair | ZedLabz

Z button doesn’t click after install. Tried to replace the stick with original stick bc the plastic on this one is so light and doesn’t feel right. Turned into a total headache.

It works as the original.This breathed a new air to my nt64 controller that i wanted to to replace with an original feel style.Only reason for 4 starts is that the wires,are not coming from the top side as in the original,they start from the bottom and need to travel top to the connector,that can be hard routing the wires in the place that wont obstruct closing the controller.

The stick feel is not good at all, if you have no stick this will do the trick but I wouldn't call this an upgrade over almost any other stick

These are great. Installation was simple and they were a direct fit. No modification necessary to install.

My controllers went from having loose floppy sticks to feeling like brand new again.

I installed the joystick without issues, and I am overwhelmed by the feeling of a proper joystick under my thumb.

However, for comparing the precision to an original stick, I booted up the Ekans minigame on Pokemon Stadium, which depends on a properly calibrated Y-Axis, and I noticed the stick acting like being fully pulled when it's only 60%.

Most games don't need this precision and you will always be more happy with this joystick than with a broken one or a knockoff.

My analogue stick on my original N64 controller was knackered and this was the perfect replacement! Works just like the original stick and was super easy to fit, even with my cackhanded DIY skills!
Would definitely recommend this and Zedlabz were an excellent vendor. They kept me up to date with the delivery and the analogue stick was packed very safely.
