Description:
Standard 5V USB cables are not ideal for these consoles, so Lab Fifteen Co designed this cable with a built-in step-down that drops the 5V USB supply to 3.2V - very close to the supply of 2 x AA batteries (approx. 1.6V each).
Plug it into a USB wall adapter, computer, car charger or power bank and play without batteries. The same cable works with the Game Boy Color, Pocket and Light.
Lab Fifteen Co sell this as their 3.3V USB cable; the regulated output is 3.2V.
